17 When A′bram got to be ninety-nine years old, then Jehovah appeared to A′bram and said to him:+ “I am God Almighty.*+ Walk before me and prove yourself faultless.+

¹¹ And God said further to him: “I am God Almighty.*+ Be fruitful and become many. Nations* and a congregation of nations will proceed out of you, and kings will come out of your loins.+
