17 The desire of the meek ones you will certainly hear,+ O Jehovah.

You will prepare their heart.+

You will pay attention with your ear,+

7 In the days of his flesh [Christ] offered up supplications and also petitions+ to the One who was able to save him out of death, with strong+ outcries and tears, and he was favorably heard for his godly fear.+

16 Therefore openly confess+ YOUR sins to one another and pray for one another, that YOU may get healed.+ A righteous man’s supplication, when it is at work,* has much force.+

12 For [the] eyes+ of Jehovah* are upon the righteous ones, and his ears are toward their supplication;+ but [the] face of Jehovah* is against those doing bad things.”+

22 and whatever we ask we receive from him,+ because we are observing his commandments and are doing the things that are pleasing in his eyes.+
