³⁰ then may you yourself hear from the heavens, the place of your dwelling,+ and you must forgive+ and give to each one according to all his ways,+ because you know his heart+ (for you yourself alone well know the heart of the sons of mankind);+

 ⁹ Please, may the badness of wicked ones come to an end,+

And may you establish the righteous one;+

And God as righteous*+ is testing out heart+ and kidneys.*+

²¹ Will not God himself search this out?+

For he is aware of the secrets of the heart.+

¹⁰ I, Jehovah, am searching the heart,+ examining the kidneys,*+ even to give to each one according to his ways,*+ according to the fruitage of his dealings.+

²⁴ And they prayed and said: “You, O Jehovah,* who know the hearts of all,+ designate which one of these two men you have chosen,

¹³ And there is not a creation that is not manifest to his sight,+ but all things are naked and openly exposed to the eyes of him with whom we have an accounting.+
