²¹ and say:

“Naked I came out of my mother’s belly,+

And naked shall I return there.+

Jehovah himself has given,+ and Jehovah himself has taken away.+

Let the name of Jehovah continue to be blessed.”+

¹⁶ Therefore we do not give up, but even if the man we are outside is wasting away, certainly the man we are inside+ is being renewed from day to day.

¹⁰ Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in insults, in cases of need, in persecutions and difficulties, for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am powerful.+
