¹⁹ Then he blessed him and said:

“Blessed be A′bram of the Most High God,+

Producer* of heaven and earth;+

²⁵ Long ago you laid the foundations of the earth itself,+

And the heavens are the work of your hands.+

¹⁸ For this is what Jehovah has said, the Creator of the heavens,+ He the [true] God,+ the Former of the earth and the Maker of it,+ He the One who firmly established it,+ who did not create it simply for nothing, who formed it even to be inhabited:+ “I am Jehovah, and there is no one else.+

⁶ and by the One who lives+ forever and ever,+ who created the heaven and the things in it and the earth+ and the things in it and the sea and the things in it,*+ he swore: “There will be no delay*+ any longer;
