² At seeing this the Pharisees said to him:+ “Look! Your disciples are doing what it is not lawful to do on the sabbath.”+

²⁴ So the Pharisees went saying to him: “Look here! Why are they doing on the sabbath what is not lawful?”+

¹⁰ Therefore the Jews began to say to the cured man: “It is Sabbath, and it is not lawful+ for you to carry the cot.”
