¹¹ They are even dogs strong in soul[ful desire];+ they have known no satisfaction.+ They are also shepherds that have not known how to understand.+ They have all of them turned to their own way, each one for his unjust gain from his own border:+

¹⁵ “Be on the watch for the false prophets+ that come to YOU in sheep’s covering,+ but inside they are ravenous wolves.+

³ Let no one seduce YOU in any manner, because it will not come unless the apostasy*+ comes first and the man of lawlessness*+ gets revealed,+ the son of destruction.*+

2 However, there also came to be false prophets among the people, as there will also be false teachers among YOU.+ These very ones will quietly bring in destructive sects* and will disown even the owner that bought them,+ bringing speedy destruction upon themselves.
