⁸ But if he has become too poor for the estimated value,+ he must then stand the person* before the priest, and the priest must put a valuation upon him.+ According to what the vower can afford,+ the priest will put a valuation upon him.

¹⁰ Then you must celebrate the festival of weeks to Jehovah your God,+ according to the voluntary offering of your hand that you will give, just as Jehovah your God may bless you.+

¹⁷ The gift of each one’s hand should be in proportion to the blessing of Jehovah your God that he has given you.+

²⁷ Do not hold back good from those to whom it is owing,*+ when it happens to be in the power of your hand to do [it].+

⁴³ So he called his disciples to him and said to them: “Truly I say to YOU that this poor widow dropped in more than all those dropping money into the treasury chests;+

³ and he said: “I tell YOU truthfully, This widow, although poor, dropped in more than they all did.+
