Outline some ways we can encourage them, such as by giving commendation, working with them in service, assisting with travel expenses, or sharing a meal. Invite pioneers to comment on how they have been encouraged by others. If the congregation has no regular pioneers, tailor the discussion to auxiliary pioneers.
