37 “And [yet you continue to live], because* he loved your forefathers so that he chose their seed after them*+ and brought you out of Egypt in his sight with his great power,+

10 but exercising loving-kindness* toward the thousandth generation in the case of those who love me and keep my commandments.+

13 The conclusion of the matter, everything having been heard, is: Fear the [true] God+ and keep his commandments.+ For this is the whole [obligation] of man.*

28 True, with reference to the good news they are enemies for YOUR sakes,+ but with reference to [God’s] choosing* they are beloved for the sake of their forefathers.+
