24 For the tenth part of the sons of Israel, which they will contribute to Jehovah as a contribution, I have given to the Levites as an inheritance. That is why I have said to them, ‘In the midst of the sons of Israel they should not get possession of an inheritance.’”+

9 That is why Leʹvi has come to have no share and inheritance+ with his brothers. Jehovah is his inheritance, just as Jehovah your God had said to him.+

29 And the Levite,+ because he has no share or inheritance with you, and the alien resident+ and the fatherless boy and the widow,+ who are inside your gates, must come, and they must eat and satisfy themselves; in order that Jehovah your God may bless+ you in every deed+ of your hand that you will do.

14 It was only to the tribe of the Levites that he did not give an inheritance.+ The offerings made by fire+ of Jehovah the God of Israel are their inheritance,+ just as he has promised them.+
