19 Accordingly he went from there and found E·liʹsha the son of Shaʹphat while he was plowing+ with twelve spans before him, and he with the twelfth. So E·liʹjah crossed over to him and threw his official garment+ upon him.

8 So they said to him: “A man possessing a hair garment,*+ with a leather belt girded about his loins.”+ Immediately he said: “It was E·liʹjah the Tishʹbite.”

4 “And it must occur in that day [that] the prophets will become ashamed,+ each one of his vision when he prophesies; and they will not wear an official garment of hair+ for the purpose of deceiving.

4 But this very John had his clothing of camel’s hair+ and a leather girdle*+ around his loins; his food too was insect locusts+ and wild honey.+
