11 Because sentence against a bad work has not been executed speedily,+ that is why the heart of the sons of men has become fully set in them to do bad.+

4 Or do you despise the riches of his kindness+ and forbearance+ and long-suffering,+ because you do not know that the kindly [quality] of God is trying to lead you to repentance?*+

9 Jehovah* is not slow respecting his promise,+ as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with YOU because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.*+
