19 those who are saying: “Let his work hasten; do let it come quickly,* in order that we may see [it]; and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw near and come, that we may know [it]!”+

3 For [the] vision is yet for the appointed time,+ and it keeps panting on to the end,* and it will not tell a lie. Even if it should delay, keep in expectation of it; for it will without fail come true.+ It will not be late.
