9 For here I am arousing and bringing up against Babylon a congregation of great nations from the land of the north,+ and they will certainly array themselves against her.+ From there she will be captured.+ One’s arrows are like those of a mighty man causing bereavement of children, who does not come back without results.+

28 Sanctify against her the nations, the kings of Meʹdi·a,+ its governors and all its deputy rulers and all the land of each one’s* dominion.
