6 Consequently the king and his men went to Jerusalem against the Jebʹu·sites+ inhabiting the land, and they began to say to David: “You will not come in here, but the blind and the lame ones will certainly turn you away,”+ they thinking: “David will not come in here.”

20 As for all the people remaining over from the Amʹor·ites,+ the Hitʹtites,+ the Perʹiz·zites,+ the Hiʹvites+ and the Jebʹu·sites,+ who were no part of the sons of Israel,+

4 Later David and all Israel went to Jerusalem,+ that is to say, Jeʹbus,+ where the Jebʹu·sites+ were the inhabitants of the land.

28 At that time, when David saw that Jehovah had answered him at the threshing floor of Orʹnan the Jebʹu·site, he continued to sacrifice there.+
