6 And he went on to say: “I am the God of your father,* the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.”+ Then Moses concealed his face, because he was afraid to look at the [true] God.*
13 The God of Abraham and of Isaac and of Jacob,+ the God of our forefathers, has glorified+ his Servant,+ Jesus, whom YOU, for YOUR part, delivered up+ and disowned before Pilate’s face, when he had decided to release him.+
16 But now they are reaching out for a better [place], that is, one belonging to heaven.+ Hence God is not ashamed of them, to be called upon as their God,+ for he has made a city+ ready for them.
