22 Jesus said to him: “Keep following me, and let the dead bury their dead.”+

13 Furthermore, though YOU were dead in YOUR trespasses and in the uncircumcised state of YOUR flesh, [God]* made YOU alive together with him.+ He kindly forgave us all our trespasses+

6 But the one that goes in for sensual gratification+ is dead+ though she is living.

6 In fact, for this purpose the good news was declared also to the dead,+ that they might be judged as to the flesh from the standpoint of men+ but might live as to the spirit+ from the standpoint of God.
