8 At last there came in before me Daniel, whose name is Bel·te·shazʹzar+ after the name of my god+ and in whom there is the spirit of the holy gods,+ and I told him the dream:

12 For Daniel, whom the king named Bel·te·shazʹzar,+ had an extraordinary spirit and knowledge and insight to interpret dreams, to explain riddles, and to solve knotty problems.*+ Now let Daniel be summoned, and he will tell you the interpretation.”
