16 Now fear seized them all, and they began to glorify God, saying: “A great prophet has been raised up among us,”+ and, “God has turned his attention to his people.”+

17 And again they said to the blind man: “What do you say about him, since it was your eyes that he opened?” The man said: “He is a prophet.”
