12 “Now, O Israel, what is Jehovah your God asking of you?+ Only this: to fear Jehovah your God,+ to walk in all his ways,+ to love him, to serve Jehovah your God with all your heart and all your soul,*+

13 “And if you will diligently obey my commandments that I am commanding you today and love Jehovah your God and serve him with all your heart and all your soul,*+

6 Jehovah your God will cleanse* your heart and the heart of your offspring,+ so that you will love Jehovah your God with all your heart and all your soul* and you may live.+
