18 remember that it is Jehovah your God who gives power to you to make wealth,+ in order to carry out his covenant that he swore to your forefathers, as it is today.+

12 Jehovah will open up to you his good storehouse, the heavens, to give your land rain in its season+ and to bless all that you do. You will lend to many nations, while you yourself will not need to borrow.+

11 Then God said to Solʹo·mon: “Because this is your heart’s desire and you have not asked for wealth, riches, and honor or for the death* of those hating you, nor have you asked for a long life,* but you have asked for wisdom and knowledge to judge my people over whom I have made you king,+ 12 wisdom and knowledge will be given you; but I will also give you wealth and riches and honor such as no kings before you have had and none after you will have.”+

12 So Jehovah blessed the last part of Job’s life more than the beginning,+ and Job came to have 14,000 sheep, 6,000 camels, 1,000 pairs of cattle, and 1,000 female donkeys.+
