14 Thus Aʹbram heard that his relative*+ had been taken captive. With that he mobilized his trained men, 318 servants born in his household, and went in pursuit up to Dan.+

34 Then Moses went up from the desert plains of Moʹab to Mount Neʹbo,+ to the top of Pisʹgah,+ which faces Jerʹi·cho.+ And Jehovah showed him all the land, from Gilʹe·ad to Dan,+

29 Furthermore, they named the city Dan+ after the name of their father, Dan, who was born to Israel.+ But Laʹish was the city’s former name.+

20 Consequently, all the Israelites came out from Dan+ down to Beʹer-sheʹba and from the land of Gilʹe·ad,+ and the entire assembly gathered unitedly* before Jehovah at Mizʹpah.+
