25 He then said to Bidʹkar his adjutant: “Pick him up and throw him into the field of Naʹboth the Jezʹre·el·ite.+ Remember, you and I were riding together* behind Aʹhab his father when Jehovah himself made this pronouncement against him:+ 26 ‘“As surely as I saw the blood of Naʹboth+ and the blood of his sons yesterday,” declares Jehovah, “I will repay+ you in this very plot of land,” declares Jehovah.’ So now pick him up and throw him into the plot of land, according to the word of Jehovah.”+

4 Again I turned my attention to all the acts of oppression that go on under the sun. I saw the tears of the oppressed, and there was no one to comfort them.+ And their oppressors had the power, and there was no one to comfort them.
