59 Jehovah will inflict very severe plagues on you and your offspring, great and enduring plagues,+ and grievous and enduring sicknesses.

2 And if they say to you, ‘Where should we go?’ you must say to them, ‘This is what Jehovah says:

“Whoever is for deadly plague, to deadly plague!

Whoever is for the sword, to the sword!+

Whoever is for the famine, to the famine!

And whoever is for the captivity, to the captivity!”’+

15 The sword is outside,+ and the pestilence and the famine are inside. Whoever is in the field will die by the sword, and famine and pestilence will consume those in the city.+
