18 Then Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him, and the boy was cured from that hour.+

25 But Jesus rebuked it, saying: “Be silent, and come out of him!” 26 And the unclean spirit, after throwing the man into a convulsion and yelling at the top of its voice, came out of him.+

34 So he cured many who were ill with various sicknesses,+ and he expelled many demons,+ but he would not let the demons speak, for they knew him to be Christ.+

9 Then he called the Twelve together and gave them power and authority over all the demons+ and to cure diseases.+

17 Then the 70 returned with joy, saying: “Lord,* even the demons are made subject to us by the use of your name.”+
