28 Then he said: “Your name will no longer be called Jacob but Israel,*+ for you have contended*+ with God and with men so that you at last prevailed.”

5 This one will say: “I belong to Jehovah.”+ And that one will call [himself] by the name of Jacob,+ and another will write upon his hand: “Belonging to Jehovah.”* And by the name of Israel one will betitle [himself].’+
