27 Now it came about that when Isaac was old and his eyes were too dim to see+ he then called Eʹsau his older son and said to him:+ “My son!” at which he said to him: “Here I am!”

10 Now the eyes of Israel were dull from old age.+ He was unable to see. Accordingly he brought them close to him, and he then kissed them and embraced them.+
