16 And all its spoil you should collect into the middle of its public square, and you must burn in the fire the city+ and all its spoil as a whole offering to Jehovah your God, and it must become a heap of ruins to time indefinite.+ It should never be rebuilt.

9 And he proceeded to burn the house+ of Jehovah and the king’s house+ and all the houses of Jerusalem;+ and the house of every great man* he burned with fire.+

8 And the house of the king and the houses of the people the Chal·deʹans burned with fire,+ and the walls of Jerusalem they pulled down.+

13 And he proceeded to burn the house of Jehovah+ and the house of the king and all the houses of Jerusalem;+ and every great house he burned with fire.+
