15 And certain men came down from Ju·deʹa+ and began to teach the brothers: “Unless YOU get circumcised+ according to the custom of Moses,+ YOU cannot be saved.”

3 “I am a Jew,+ born in Tarsus of Ci·liʹcia,+ but educated in this city at the feet of Ga·maʹli·el,+ instructed according to the strictness+ of the ancestral Law, being zealous+ for God just as all of YOU are this day.

2 For I bear them witness* that they have a zeal+ for God; but not according to accurate knowledge;+
