22 So he sent to Mac·e·doʹni·a two of those who ministered to him, Timothy+ and E·rasʹtus,+ but he himself stayed on for some time in the province of Asia.

21 Timothy, my fellow worker, greets you, and so do Lucius, Jaʹson, and So·sipʹa·ter, my relatives.+

17 That is why I am sending Timothy to you, because he is my beloved and faithful child in the Lord. He will remind you of my methods* in connection with Christ Jesus,+ just as I am teaching everywhere in every congregation.

2 and we sent Timothy,+ our brother and God’s minister* in the good news about the Christ, to make you firm* and comfort you regarding your faith,
