◆ Consecutive publisher peaks continue for other lands: Colombia had its eighth peak, with 7,726 publishers—19 percent above last February. Peru had its fifth, with 4,852—a 21-percent increase. Dominican Republic’s peak of 3,824 is their ninth peak in a row. Publishers averaged 7.2 back-calls and 1.1 studies.
