7. Our Donations Glorify God’s Beautiful Name
(15 min.) Discussion by an elder.
The Israelites who would not be directly involved in the construction of the temple were invited to glorify Jehovah’s name by their generous contributions. (1Ch 29:8-10) Today, we cannot be directly involved in every theocratic project. However, through our donations, we can fully support these initiatives. Organizational updates on jw.org allow us to see how our gifts contribute to the glory due Jehovah’s name. (Ps 96:8) These updates also move us to praise Jehovah for all that he is accomplishing on earth and for allowing us to have a share.—1Ch 29:14-16; Isa 12:5.
