    • 8 ᾿Εγερθήσεται Will rise up γὰρ for ἔθνος nation ἐπ’ upon ἔθνος nation καὶ and βασιλεία kingdom ἐπὶ upon βασιλείαν, kingdom, ἔσονται will be σεισμοὶ [earth] quakes κατὰ according to τόπους, places, ἔσονται will be λιμοί· famines; ἀρχὴ beginning ὠδίνων of birth pangs ταῦτα. these (things).
