17 λέγοντες saying Εὐχαριστοῦμέν We are giving thanks σοι, to you, κύριε, Lord, ὁ the θεός, God, ὁ the παντοκράτωρ, Almighty, ὁ the (one) ὢν being καὶ and ὁ the (one) ἦν, was, ὅτι because εἴληφες you have taken τὴν the δύναμίν power σου of you τὴν the μεγάλην great καὶ and ἐβασίλευσας· you reigned;
