6 ᾿Εὰν If ever εἴπωμεν we should say ὅτι that κοινωνίαν sharing ἔχομεν we are having μετ’ with αὐτοῦ him καὶ and ἐν in τῷ the σκότει darkness περιπατῶμεν, we may be walking about, ψευδόμεθα we are lying καὶ and οὐ not ποιοῦμεν we are doing τὴν the ἀλήθειαν· truth;
