a Jehovah’s Witnesses who choose the Christian ministry as their career and serve as full-​time ministers have the opportunity to attend a two-​week course at the Pioneer Service School. Some later qualify for enrollment in a five-​month course of missionary training operated by the Watchtower Bible School of Gilead to equip them as missionaries.
