Buy truth itself and do not sell it​—wisdom and discipline and understanding.

The counsel to ‘buy truth and not sell it’ clearly means sticking to true principles as a guide in life. A righteously disposed child will not give up truth for pleasures, riches or honor. And surely a family in which all members cling to Jehovah will have abiding joy.​—Deuteronomy 10:20, 21.
