4. After Jeremiah completed the compiling of his prophecies from the start onward, how was the message presented to Jerusalem, and why?

⁴ Obediently Jeremiah dictated the message to his secretary, Baruch the son of Neriah. The resulting manuscript contained all the words of Jehovah to Jeremiah from the 13th year of the reign of King Josiah onward, the year when Jehovah raised up the young priest-designate Jeremiah to be a prophet.
