Romans 8:19-21

Paul then stressed that there is “hope that the creation itself also will be set free from enslavement to corruption and have the glorious freedom of the children of God.” Such freedom, therefore, is not limited to those becoming “children of God” in heaven. The familiar words at John 3:16 confirm that. And, as mentioned, the anointed apostle John said that Christ died “for our sins, yet not for ours only but also for the whole world’s.”​—1 John 2:2.
