He quotes a prophecy of Enoch—a passage that is not found anywhere else in the inspired Scriptures.a (Jude 14, 15) Enoch foretold a time when Jehovah would judge all the ungodly and their ungodly deeds. Interestingly, Enoch spoke in the past tense, for God’s judgments were as certain as if they had already taken place.
