... Under the heading “A ‘Minor’ Victory,” an editorial in the Telegraph Journal said: “The New Brunswick Court of Appeal’s decision that 15-year-old Joshua Walker has the right to consent to or refuse medical treatment is a victory not just for Jehovah’s Witnesses, but for us all. . . .
