‘Mugire umutimanama utabacira urubanza’
HARI abantu benshi bumva ko bagomba gukurikiza ibyo umutimanama wabo ubabwiye mu gihe bafata imyanzuro. Ariko kandi kugira ngo umutimanama wacu utuyobore neza, ukeneye gutozwa neza gutandukanya icyiza n’ikibi, kandi tugomba kumvira ubuyobozi bwawo.
Reka dufate urugero rw’ibyabaye ku mugabo bita Zakayo uvugwa muri Bibiliya. Zakayo yabaga i Yeriko, akaba yari umutware w’abasoresha kandi yari umukungu. Nk’uko na we ubwe yabyiyemereye, yari yarabonye ubutunzi abikesheje kwambura abandi. Mbese, umutimanama wa Zakayo waba waramuryaga kubera ibikorwa bye bibi? Niba waranamuryaga, uko bigaragara yari yarawucecekesheje.—Luka 19:1-7.
Ariko hari imimerere Zakayo yagezemo, ituma yongera gutekereza ku mibereho ye. Icyo gihe Yesu yari ageze i Yeriko. Zakayo yifuzaga kureba Yesu ariko ntiyabishobora, kubera ko yari mugufi cyane kandi hakaba hari abantu benshi. Ku by’ibyo, yarirutse maze yurira igiti kugira ngo arebe ko yamubona neza. Yesu yatangajwe n’ukuntu Zakayo yifuzaga cyane kumubona, nuko amubwira ko ari bumusure mu rugo iwe. Zakayo yakiranye ibyishimo byinshi uwo mushyitsi w’imena.
Ibyo Zakayo yabonye n’ibyo yumvise igihe yari kumwe na Yesu, byamukoze ku mutima kandi bimusunikira guhindura imibereho ye. Yagize ati “dore Databuja, umugabane wa kabiri w’ibintu byanjye ndawuha abakene, kandi umuntu wese nambuye ndabimuriha kane.”—Luka 19:8.
Icyo gihe, umutimanama wa Zakayo waratojwe, arawumvira kandi yitabira ibyo umubwiye gukora. Byagize ingaruka zikomeye cyane. Tekereza ukuntu Zakayo yumvise ameze igihe Yesu yamubwiraga ati “uyu munsi agakiza kaje muri iyi nzu”!—Luka 19:9.
Mbega urugero rutera inkunga! Rugaragaza ko dushobora guhinduka, uko imibereho twaba dusanganywe yaba iri kose. Kimwe na Zakayo, dushobora kwitondera amagambo ya Yesu yanditswe muri Bibiliya, maze tukitoza gutandukanya icyiza n’ikibi. Hanyuma, nk’uko Intumwa Petero yabiduteyemo inkunga, dushobora kugira ‘umutimanama utaducira urubanza.’ Dushobora kumvira umutimanama wacu watojwe kandi tugakora ibyiza.—1 Petero 3:16.
