Ko e Hā ʻa e Lau ʻa e Tohitapu Fekauʻaki mo e ʻOtua pea mo Sīsū?
KAPAU ʻe lau ʻe he kakai ʻa e Tohitapu mei he takafi ʻe taha ki he takafi ʻe taha taʻe ʻi ai haʻanau fakakaukau ki muʻa fekauʻaki mo ha Tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua, te nau maʻu ha tui pehē ʻiate kinautolu pē? ʻIkai ʻaupito!
Ko e meʻa ʻoku mātuʻaki hā mahino, ko ha tokotaha lautohi taʻe ʻi ai haʻane fakakaukau pehē ki muʻa, ko e ʻOtua pē ʻoku Māfimafiʻia, ko e Tokotaha-fakatupu, ʻoku mavahe mo kehe mei ha toe taha, pea ko Sīsū, naʻa mo ʻene moʻui kimuʻa-ke-tangata, ʻoku mavahe mo kehe foki ia, ko ha meʻa moʻui fakatupu, ʻo moʻulaloa ki he ʻOtua.
ʻOku Taha Pē ʻa e ʻOtua, ʻIkai ke Tolu
KO E akonaki faka-Tohitapu ko e ʻOtua ʻoku taha pē ʻoku ui ia ko e Tui-tahaʻi-ʻotua (monotheism). Pea ʻoku fakahā ʻe he palōfesa ʻo e hisitōlia fakaesiasi ko L. L. Paine, ko e tuʻunga totonu taha ʻo e tui-tahaʻi-ʻotua ʻoku ʻikai fakaʻatā ki ai ʻa e Tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua: “ʻOku mātuʻaki tui-tahaʻi-ʻotua ʻa e Fuakava Motuʻa. Ko ha tokotaha pē ʻe taha ʻa e ʻOtua. Ko e fakakaukau ʻo pehē ʻoku malava ke maʻu ai ha tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua . . . ʻoku ʻikai ʻaupito hano makatuʻunga.”
Naʻe ʻi ai ha liliu mei he tui-tahaʻi-ʻotua hili ʻa e haʻu ʻa Sīsū ki he māmani? ʻOku tali ʻe Paine: “ʻI he meʻa ni ʻoku ʻikai ha liliu ʻi he Fuakava Motuʻa mo e Foʻou. Ko e talatukufakaholo ʻo e tui-tahaʻi-ʻotua ʻoku kei hokohoko atu pē. Ko Sīsū ko ha Siu, naʻe akoʻi ia ʻe he ongo mātuʻa Siu ʻi he konga Tohitapu Fuakava Motuʻa. Ko hono akoʻi naʻe faka-Siu ʻataʻatā; ʻa ia ʻoku moʻoni ko ha kosipeli foʻou, ka naʻe ʻikai ko ha lotukalafi foʻou. . . . Pea ki heʻene tui ʻaʻana naʻa ne tali ʻa e konga Tohitapu mahuʻinga ko eni ki he tui-tahaʻi-ʻotua faka-Siu: ‘Fanongo, ʻe ʻIsileli, ko e ʻEiki ko hotau ʻOtua ko e ʻOtua pe taha.’”
ʻOku pehē ni hono lau ʻi he New Jerusalem Bible (NJB) ʻa e Katolika: “Fanongo, ʻe ʻIsileli: Ko Iāuea [Yahweh] ko hotau ʻOtua ko e tokotaha pē, ko Iāue pē taha.” ʻI he kalama ʻo e veesi ko ʻeni, ʻoku ʻikai ha tuʻunga fakakalama ai ʻoku ne fokotuʻu mai ko e foʻi lea “tokotaha” ʻoku ʻuhinga ki ha toe meʻa kehe ka ki he tokotaha pē.
Naʻe ʻikai fakahā ʻe he ʻapositolo Kalisitiane ko Paula ha liliu ʻi he anga ʻo e ʻOtua, ʻo aʻu ki he hili ʻa e haʻu ʻa Sīsū ki he māmani. Naʻa ne tohi: “Ko e ʻOtua ʻoku taha tofu pe.”—Kalētia 3:20; toe vakai kia 1 Kolinitō 8:4-6.
ʻI he Tohitapu kotoa, ʻoku tuʻo lauiafe ʻa ʻene lave ki he ʻOtua ko e tokotaha pē. ʻI heʻene lea, ko e lea ʻa ha tokotaha fakafoʻituitui ʻikai māvahevahe. ʻOku fakamaʻalaʻala lelei eni ʻe he Tohitapu. Hangē ko ia ko e pehē tonu ʻe he ʻOtua: “Ko Sihova au; ko hoku hingoa ia: pea ʻe ʻikai te u ʻange hoku langilangi ki ha taha.” (ʻAisea 42:8) “Ko au ko Sihova ko ho ʻOtua . . . ʻOua naʻa ai hao ʻOtua kehe, ʻo uaʻaki Au.” (Fakaʻitali ʻamautolu.)—ʻEkisoto 20:2, 3.
Ko e hā ʻoku lea kotoa ai ʻa e kau tohi Tohitapu fakamānavaʻi ʻe he ʻOtua ʻo kau ki he ʻOtua ko ha tokotaha pē, kapau ko ha toko tolu ia? Ko e hā ʻa e taumuʻa ki ai, tukukehe ʻene takihalaʻi ʻa e kakai? Ko e moʻoni, kapau ko ha toko tolu naʻe faʻuʻaki ʻa e ʻOtua, naʻe pau ke ne ʻai ʻene kau tohi Tohitapu ke nau mātuʻaki fakamahinoʻi lelei ia, koeʻuhi ke ʻoua naʻa toe ʻi ai ha tālaʻa ki ai. Pea naʻe totonu ke fai pehē ʻa e kau tohi ʻo e Konga Tohitapu Faka-Kalisi Kalisitiane ʻa ia naʻa nau fetuʻutaki mo e ʻAlo tonu ʻo e ʻOtua. Ka naʻe ʻikai te nau fai pehē.
Kaekehe, ko e meʻa naʻe fakamahinoʻi lelei ʻe he kau tohi Tohitapu ko e ʻOtua ʻoku Tokotaha pē—ko ha Tokotaha (Being) makehe, taʻealamāvahevahe ʻa ia ʻoku ʻikai hano tatau: “Ko Sihova au, pea ʻoku ʻikai mo ha taha; ka tuku au ʻoku ʻikai ha ʻOtua.” (ʻAisea 45:5) “Ko koe, ko ho huafa oou ko Jihova, koe Fugani Maoluga i mamani kotoabe.”—Sāme 83:18, PM.
ʻIkai Ko Ha ʻOtua Palulali
ʻOku ʻikai uiʻaki ia ʻa Sīsū pe ko e laumālie māʻoniʻoni koeʻuhi ko Sihova pē ʻoku maʻolunga taupotu. ʻIa Sēnesi 17:1 ʻoku ne tala ai: “Ko e ʻOtua au ko Satai [Hepelū ’El Shad·daiʹ, Māfimafiʻia].” Pea ʻoku pehē ʻe ʻEkisoto 18:11: “ʻOku lahi ʻa Sihova ʻi he ngaahi ʻotua kotoa pe.”
ʻI he Konga Tohitapu Faka-Hepelū, ko e foʻi lea ʼelohʹah (ko e ʻotua) ʻoku ʻi ai hono anga palulali ʻe ua, ʻa ia ko e, ʼelo·himʹ (ngaahi ʻotua) mo e ʼelo·hehʹ (ngaahi ʻotua ʻo e). ʻOku meimei lave maʻu pē ʻa e anga palulali ni kia Sihova, ʻi he tuʻunga pehē ʻoku liliu kinautolu ko e “ʻOtua” ʻi he tuʻunga singulali. ʻOku fakahā ha Tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua ʻe he anga palulali ko ʻeni? ʻIkai, ʻoku ʻikai ke nau fai pehē. ʻOku pehē ʻe William Smith ʻi he A Dictionary of the Bible: “Ko e foʻi fakakaukau ko ia ko e [ʼelo·himʹ] naʻe lave ki he toko tolu ʻi he ʻUluʻi-ʻotua ʻoku ʻikai meimei ʻi ai ha tokotaha ʻo e kau poto mataotao te ne poupouʻi. He ʻoku ʻuhinga eni ki he meʻa ʻoku ui ʻe he kau ako-kalama ko e palulali ʻo e ngeia, pe ʻoku ʻuhinga ko e kakato ʻo e ivi fakaʻotua, ko e fakakātoa ʻo e ngaahi mafai ʻoku fakahā ʻe he ʻOtua.”
ʻOku pehē ʻe he The American Journal of Semitic Languages and Literatures fekauʻaki mo e ʼelo·himʹ: “ʻOku meimei fakaʻuhinga maʻu pē ʻaki ha ʻopuseki veape taha pē, pea ʻoku ne maʻu ha hoanauna taha pē.” Ke fakatātaaʻi ʻeni, ʻoku hā tuʻo 35 ʻa e hingoa fakalakanga ko e ʼelo·himʹ ʻi he fakamatala fekauʻaki mo e fakatupu, pea ʻi he taimi taki taha ʻoku singulali ai ʻa e veape ʻoku ne fakamatalaʻi ʻa e meʻa naʻe leaʻaki mo fai ʻe he ʻOtua. (Sēnesi 1:1–2:4) Ko ia ʻoku fakaʻosiʻaki ʻe he tohi ni: “Ko ia kuo pau ke fakamatalaʻi ʻa e [ʼelo·himʹ] ko ha palulali fakamamafa, ʻo ʻuhinga ki he tuʻunga māʻolunga mo e ngeia.”
Koeʻuhi ʻe ʻuhinga ia ko e ʻotua ʻe tolu ʻi he Tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua. Ka ʻoku siʻaki ʻe he meimei kotoa ʻo e kau poupou ʻo e Tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua ʻa e fakakaukau ko ia, ko e Tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua ʻoku faʻuʻaki ʻa e ʻotua kehekehe ʻe toko tolu.
Ko e foʻi lea ʼelo·himʹ mo e ʼelo·hehʹ ʻoku toe ngāueʻaki ʻe he Tohitapu ʻo lave ki ha niʻihi ʻo e ngaahi ʻotua loi ʻaitoli. (ʻEkisoto 12:12; 20:23) Ka ʻi he taimi ʻe niʻihi ʻoku lave nai ia ki ha ʻotua loi pē ʻe taha, ʻo hangē ko e lave ʻa e kau Filisitia kia “Takoni ko honau . . . ʻotua [ʼelo·hehʹ].” (Fakamaau 16:23, 24) ʻOku ui ʻa Peali ko ha “ʻotua [ʼelo·himʹ].” (1 Tuʻi 18:27) Tānaki atu ki ai, ʻoku ngāueʻaki ʻa e foʻi lea ni ki he faʻahinga ʻo e tangata. (Sāme 82:1, 6) Naʻe tala kia Mōsese te ne fetongi ʻa e “ʻOtua” [ʼelo·himʹ] kia ʻElone pea mo Felo.—ʻEkisoto 4:16; 7:1.
ʻOku hā mahino, ko hono ngāueʻaki ʻo e hingoa fakalakanga ko e ʼelo·himʹ mo e ʼelo·hehʹ ki he ngaahi ʻotua loi, pea pehē ki he faʻahinga ʻo e tangata, naʻe ʻikai ʻuhinga ia ko ha ngaahi ʻotua palulali ʻakinautolu taki taha; ʻoku pehē tofu pē mo hono ngāueʻaki ʻo e ʼelo·himʹ pe ʼelo·hehʹ kia Sihova, ʻoku ʻikai ʻuhinga ia ʻoku lahi ange ʻi he toko taha, pea tautefito ʻi heʻetau fakakaukau atu ki he fakamoʻoni ki he tuʻunga lea ni ʻi he toenga ʻo e Tohitapu.
Ko Ha Fakatupu Mavahe ʻa Sīsū
KO HA tangata ʻa Sīsū ʻi heʻene ʻi māmani, neongo ia ko ha tokotaha haohaoa koeʻuhi ko e ʻOtua naʻa ne hiki hifo ʻa e ivi-moʻui ʻo Sīsū ki he manava ʻo Mele. (Mātiu 1:18-25) Ka ʻoku ʻikai ko e founga ia ʻo ʻene kamata. Naʻa ne tala tonu ko ia naʻa ne “ʻalu hifo mei he langi.” (Sione 3:13) Ko ia ko ha meʻa totonu pē ʻa ʻene lea ki mui ki hono kau muimui: “Huanoa ʻoka mou ka siofia ʻa e Fanautama ʻa Tangata [Sīsū] ʻoku ne ʻalu hake ki he potu naʻa ne ʻi ai muʻa.”—Sione 6:62.
Ko ia, ko Sīsū naʻe moʻui ʻi hēvani ki muʻa pea toki haʻu ki he māmani. Ka ko ha taha nai ia ʻo e faʻahinga ʻi he ʻUluʻi-ʻotua toko tolu māfimafiʻia mo taʻekamataʻanga pe ngataʻanga? ʻIkai, koeʻuhi ʻoku fakahā mahino ʻe he Tohitapu ʻi heʻene moʻui kimuʻa-ke-tangata, ko ha meʻa moʻui laumālie fakatupu ʻa Sīsū, ʻo hangē pē ko e kau ʻāngelo ko e ngaahi meʻa moʻui laumālie naʻe fakatupu ʻe he ʻOtua. Ko ia ki muʻa ʻi honau fakatupu naʻe ʻikai ʻi ai ʻa Sīsū pe ko ha kau ʻāngelo.
Ko Sīsū, ʻi heʻene moʻui kimuʻa-ke-tangata, “ko e ʻuluaki ia naʻe fakatupu.” (Kolose 1:15) Ko e “kamataʻanga ʻo e fakatupu ʻe he ʻOtua.” (Fakahā 3:14) ʻOku ʻikai totonu ke fakaʻuhingaʻi ʻa e foʻi lea “kamataʻanga” [faka-Kalisi, ar·kheʹ] ke ʻuhinga ko Sīsū ʻa e tokotaha naʻa ne ‘kamata’ ʻa e fakatupu ʻa e ʻOtua. ʻOku ngāueʻaki ʻe Sione ʻi heʻene ngaahi tohi Tohitapu ʻa e ngaahi anga kehekehe ʻo e foʻi lea faka-Kalisi ko e ar·kheʹ ʻo lahi ange ʻi he tuʻo 20, pea ʻoku ʻuhinga maʻu pē ʻeni ki he “kamataʻanga.” ʻIo, naʻe fakatupu ʻa Sīsū ʻe he ʻOtua ke ne hoko ko e kamataʻanga ʻi he fakatupu taʻehāmai ʻa e ʻOtua.
Fakatokangaʻi ʻa hono fakafekauʻaki ʻa e ngaahi konga ko ʻeni kau ki he kamataʻanga ʻo Sīsū mo e ngaahi lea naʻe leaʻaki ʻe he “Poto” fakaefakatātā ʻi he tohi ʻo e Tohitapu ko Palovepi. “Naʻe maʻu au ʻe Sihova ko e kamata o ʻene fai atu, ko e muʻaki o ʻene ngaahi ngaue talu mei tuai. Teʻeki ke tanu ʻuhuʻi ʻa e ngaahi moʻunga, ki muʻa atu ʻi he ngaahi maʻolunga naʻe fanauʻi au: kuo ʻikai te ne ngaohi ʻa e fonua, mo e ngaahi feituʻu ʻi tuʻa, mo e ʻuluaki ʻo e ngaahi funga ʻo mamani.” (Palovepi 8:12, 22, 25, 26) Neongo ʻoku ngāueʻaki ʻa e foʻi lea “Poto” ke fakasino ʻa e taha naʻe fakatupu ʻe he ʻOtua, ʻoku loto taha ʻa e kau poto mataotao tokolahi ko e lea fakatātā ia fekauʻaki mo Sīsū ko ha meʻa moʻui laumālie ʻi heʻene moʻui kimuʻa-ke-tangata.
ʻI hono tuʻunga ko e “Poto” ʻi heʻene moʻui kimuʻa-ke-tangata, naʻe toe pehē ʻe Sīsū naʻa ne “ʻi hono [ko e ʻOtua] tafaʻaki, ko e tufunga lahi.” (Palovepi 8:30) ʻI he fehoanaki mo e tuʻunga ko e tufunga lahi, ʻoku pehē ʻe Kolose 1:16 fekauʻaki mo Sīsū “naʻe tefito kiate ia ʻa e ngaohi ʻo e meʻa kotoa pe, ʻa e meʻa ʻi he langi mo e meʻa ʻi mamani.”
Ko ia naʻe fakafou ʻi he tufunga lahi ni, ʻo hangē ko ha hoangāue siʻi ange ʻo e ʻOtua, ʻa hono fakatupu ʻe he ʻOtua Māfimafiʻia ʻa e ngaahi meʻa kehe kotoa pē. ʻOku fakamatala fakanounou ʻe he Tohitapu ʻa e meʻa ni ʻo pehē: “ʻOku taha pe ʻa e ʻOtua, ko e Tamai, ʻa ia ʻoku mei ai ʻa e meʻa kotoa pe, . . . pea ʻoku taha pe ʻa e ʻEiki, ko Sisu Kalaisi, ʻa ia ʻoku fou mai ʻiate ia ʻa e meʻa kotoa.” (Fakaʻitali ʻamautolu.)—1 Kolinitō 8:6.
ʻOku ʻikai ha toe veiveiua naʻe folofola ʻe he ʻOtua ki he tufunga lahi ni ʻo pehē: “Tau ngaohi tangata ʻi hotau imisi.” (Sēnesi 1:26) Kuo taku ʻe he niʻihi ko e foʻi lea “tau” mo e “hotau” ʻoku na fakahā ko ha Tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua. Ka ʻokapau te ke lea, ‘Tau ngaohi ha meʻa maʻatautolu,’ ʻe ʻikai fakakaukau ʻe ha taha ki he lea ni ke ʻuhinga ʻoku fakatahaʻi ha faʻahinga ʻi loto ʻiate koe ʻo hoko ko e taha pē. Ko e ʻuhinga pē ki hoʻo lea, ʻe ngāue fakataha ʻa e toko ua pe toko lahi ange ki ha meʻa. Tatau pē, ʻi he ngāueʻaki ʻe he ʻOtua ʻa e foʻi lea “tau” mo e “hotau,” naʻe lea ʻa e ʻOtua ki ha tokotaha kehe, ko ʻene ʻuluaki fakatupu fakalaumālie, ko e tufunga lahi, ko Sīsū ʻi heʻene moʻui kimuʻa-ke-tangata.
ʻE Malava Ke ʻAhiʻahiʻi ʻa e ʻOtua?
ʻIA MĀTIU 4:1, ʻoku lea fekauʻaki mo Sīsū ʻi hono “ʻahiʻahiʻi [ia] ʻe he Tevolo.” (Mātiu 4:8, 9) Naʻe feinga ʻa Sētane ke ueʻi ʻa Sīsū ke ʻoua ʻe ʻofa-mateaki ki he ʻOtua.
Ka, ko e faʻahinga ʻahiʻahiʻi ʻofa-mateaki fēfē eni naʻe fai kapau ko e ʻOtua ʻa Sīsū? ʻE malava ʻa e ʻOtua ke angatuʻu kiate ia pē? ʻIkai, ka ʻe malava ʻa e kau ʻāngelo mo e faʻahinga ʻo e tangata ke nau angatuʻu ki he ʻOtua, pea naʻa nau fai pehē.
ʻI he tafaʻaki ʻe taha, ʻoku taʻe ala fakakaukauʻi pe ʻe malava fēfē ʻa e ʻOtua ke ne fai angahala pea ʻikai ʻofa-mateaki kiate ia pe. “ʻOku haohaoa ʻene ngaue . . . Ko e ʻOtua ʻo e Moʻoni, . . . ko e faitotonu ia mo haohaoa.” (Teutalōnome 32:4) Ko ia ai, kapau ko e ʻOtua ʻa Sīsū, ʻe ʻikai malava ke ʻahiʻahiʻi ia.—Sēmisi 1:13.
Koeʻuhi ʻoku ʻikai ko e ʻOtua ʻa Sīsū, ʻe malava ke ne hoko ʻo ʻikai ʻofa-mateaki. Ka naʻa ne tauhi ʻene loto-tōnunga, pea naʻa ne pehē: “Setane, fei mo ʻalu! he kuo tohi, Ko e ʻEiki [Sihova, NW] ko ho ʻOtua te ke lotu ki ai, pea ko ia pe toko taha te ke ʻotuaʻaki.”—Mātiu 4:10.
Ko e Hā ʻa e Mahuʻinga ʻo e Huhuʻi?
ʻOKU toe kau fakahangatonu ki he Tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua ʻa e ʻuhinga tefito ʻe taha naʻe ʻalu hifo ai ʻa Sīsū ki māmani. ʻOku tala ʻe he Tohitapu: “He ʻoku taha pe ʻa e ʻOtua, taha foki ʻa e Fakalaloa ʻi he vahaʻa ʻo e ʻOtua mo e tangata. ʻA ia naʻa ne foaki ia ʻe ia ko e fetongi huhuʻi ʻo e kakai kotoa pe.”—1 Tīmote 2:5, 6.
Ko Sīsū, ʻoku ʻikai lahi ange pe siʻi ange ʻi ha tangata haohaoa, naʻe hoko ia ko ha huhuʻi totongi matematē ki he meʻa naʻe fakamoleki ʻe ʻAtama—ko e totonu ki he moʻui haohaoa fakaetangata ʻi māmani. Ko ia ʻoku totonu ʻa e lea ʻa e ʻapositolo ko Paula fekauʻaki mo Sīsū ko e “Atama ki mui”, pea ne toe pehē: “ʻIo, hange tofu pe ʻoku mate kotoa pe ʻia Atama, pehe foki ʻe fakamoʻui hake kotoa pe ʻia Kalaisi.” (1 Kolinitō 15:22, 45) Naʻe hoko ko e “fetongi huhuʻi” ʻa e moʻui haohaoa fakaetangata ʻa Sīsū ʻa ia naʻe fiemaʻu ʻe he fakamaau totonu faka-ʻotua—ʻo ʻikai lahi ange, pea ʻikai siʻi ange. Naʻa mo e ʻi he fakamaau totonu fakaetangata, ko e mahuʻinga ʻoku totongi ʻoku totonu ke feʻunga mo e hala naʻe fai, pea ko ha tefitoʻi moʻoni mahuʻinga ia.
Kaekehe, kapau naʻe kau ʻa Sīsū ki ha ʻUluʻi-ʻotua, ʻe lahi ange ʻaupito ʻa e mahuʻinga ʻo e huhuʻi ʻi he meʻa naʻe fiemaʻu ʻe he ngaahi lao ʻa e ʻOtua tonu. (ʻEkisoto 21:23-25; Levitiko 24:19-21) Naʻe fai angahala ʻi ʻIteni ʻa ʻAtama, ko ha tangata haohaoa pe, ʻikai ko e ʻOtua. Ko ia, ke fehoanaki moʻoni ʻa e huhuʻi ki he fakamaau totonu ʻa e ʻOtua, kuo pau ke hoko ia ko ha meʻa tatau matematē—ko ha tangata haohaoa, ko “Atama ki mui.”
ʻOKU ui ʻe he Tohitapu ʻa Sīsū ko e “ʻAlo-tofu-pe-taha-ne-fakatupu” ʻo e ʻOtua. (Sione 1:14; 3:16, 18; 1 Sione 4:9) ʻOku pehē ʻe he kau Tui-tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua koeʻuhi naʻe ʻikai ha kamataʻanga pe ngataʻanga ʻo e ʻOtua, ʻoku tatau pe naʻe ʻikai ha kamataʻanga pe ngataʻanga ʻo e ʻAlo ʻo e ʻOtua. Ka ʻe lava fēfē ke hoko ha taha ko ha foha pea ʻi he taimi tatau pe ʻoku ne motuʻa tatau pe mo ʻene tamai?
ʻOku taku ʻe he kau Tui-tolu-tahaʻi-ʻotua fekauʻaki mo Sīsū, ko e kupuʻi lea “tofu-pe-taha-ne-fakatupu” ʻoku ʻikai tatau ia mo e fakamatala ʻa e tikisinale ki he “fakatupu,” ʻa ia “ke fanau ʻa e tamai.” (Webster‘s Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary) ʻOku nau pehē ʻi he meʻa fekauʻaki mo Sīsū ʻoku ʻuhinga ia “ko e fakakaukau fekauʻaki mo ha felaveʻi taʻe hano kamataʻanga,” ko ha faʻahinga vā fekauʻaki mo ha foha pe taha ka naʻe ʻikai fakatupu. (Vine‘s Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words) ʻOku ʻuhinga lelei ia kiate koe?
ʻOku lea ʻa Hepelū 11:17 (PM) fekauʻaki mo ʻAisake ko e “foha be taha nae fakatubu” ʻo ʻĒpalahame. Fekauʻaki mo ʻAisake, ʻoku ʻikai toe fehuʻia, ʻi he ʻuhinga angamaheni ki he foʻi lea ni naʻe fakatupu pe taha ia, ʻoku ʻikai tatau ia ʻi he taʻu motuʻa pe tuʻunga mo ʻene tamai.
Ko e foʻi lea faka-Kalisi tefito ki he “tofu-pe-taha-ne-fakatupu” naʻe ngāueʻaki kia Sīsū mo ʻAisake ko e mo·no·ge·nesʹ, ʻoku haʻu mei he moʹnos, ʻoku ʻuhinga “tofu pe taha,” pea ko e giʹno·mai, ko ha foʻi lea tefito ʻoku ʻuhinga ki he “fakatupu” (generate), “ke hoko (hoko ʻo moʻui),” ko e lau ia ʻa e Exhaustive Concordance ʻa Strong. Ko ia, ʻoku fakamatalaʻi ʻa e mo·no·ge·nesʹ ʻo pehē: “Tofu pe taha ne fanauʻi, tofu pe taha ne fakatupu, ʻa ia, ko ha tama tofu pe taha.”—A Greek and English Lexicon of the New Testament, fai ʻe E. Robinson.
ʻOku pehē ʻe he Theological Dictionary of the New Testament naʻe tohi ʻe Gerhard Kittel: “ʻOku ʻuhinga ʻa e [mo·no·ge·nesʹ] ‘hako pe taha,’ ʻa ia, ʻoku ʻikai ha fanga tokoua pe fanga tuofafine.” ʻOku toe pehē ʻe he tohi ni fekauʻaki mo Sione 1:18; 3:16, 18; mo e 1 Sione 4:9, “ʻoku ʻikai fakatatauʻi pe ʻa e vā ʻo Sīsū ki ha vā ʻo ha tama pe taha ki haʻane tamai. Ko e vā ia ʻo e tokotaha tofu-pe-taha-ne-fakatupu ki he Tamai.”
Ko ia ko Sīsū, ko e ʻAlo-tofu-pe-taha-ne-fakatupu, naʻe ʻi ai ha kamataʻanga ki heʻene moʻui. Pea ʻoku totonu ke ui ʻa e ʻOtua Māfimafiʻia ko hono Tokotaha-fai-fakatupu, pe Tamai, ʻi he ʻuhinga tatau ki ha tamai fakaemāmani, hangē ko ʻĒpalahame, ʻoku ne fakatupu ha foha. (Hepelū 11:17) Ko ia, ʻi he lea ʻa e Tohitapu fekauʻaki mo e ʻOtua ko e “Tamai” ʻa Sīsū, ʻoku ʻuhinga pe ia ki he meʻa ʻoku ne leaʻaki—ko e ongo toko ua māvahevahe kinaua. ʻOku lahi ʻa e Otua. ʻOku siʻi ʻa Sīsū—ʻi he taʻu motuʻa, tuʻunga, malohi mo e ʻilo.
ʻOku taʻefaʻalaua mo e ngaahi meʻa moʻui fakalaumālie kehe, ko e kau ʻāngelo, ʻoku toe ui kinautolu ko e “ngaahi foha ʻo e ʻOtua,” ʻi he ʻuhinga tatau naʻe ʻi ai ʻa ʻAtama, koeʻuhi ko honau ivi-moʻui naʻe tupu mei he ʻOtua ko Sihova, ko e Tupuʻanga, pe Matavai ʻo e moʻui. Naʻa mo e kau tēmeniō, ʻoku nau tui “ʻoku taha pe ʻa e ʻOtua,” koeʻuhi naʻa nau ʻilo mei he meʻa naʻa nau hokosia ʻi hēvani naʻe ʻikai ko e ʻOtua ʻa Sīsū. Ko ia, ʻi he lea totonu, naʻa nau lea kia Sīsū ko e “ʻAlo ʻo e ʻOtua” ʻoku mavahe. Naʻe vakai ʻa e kau ākonga kia Sīsū ko e “Fakalaloa ʻi he vahaʻa ʻo e ʻOtua mo e tangata,” kae ʻikai ko e ʻOtua tonu ia.
