Ukunduluka Kwikhaya LikaYayiro Nokutyelela Kwakhona ENazarete
UYESU ebexakekile ngolu suku—ebekuhambo lwaselwandle evela eDekapoli, uphilise ibhinqa ebelinethombo legazi waza wavusa nentombi kaYayiro. Kodwa usuku alukapheli. Kuyabonakala ukuba njengoko uYesu elishiya ikhaya likaYayiro, iimfama ezimbini zithe chu emva kwakhe, zibhomboloza zisithi: “Senzele inceba, nyana kaDavide.”
Ngokumbiza uYesu ngokuthi “nyana kaDavide,” la madoda abonakalisa ukukholelwa kwawo ekuthini uYesu uyindlalifa etroneni kaDavide, ngoko ke abonisa ukuba unguMesiya othenjisiweyo. Njengoko la madoda enduluka, abantu bazisa umntu ophethwe yidemon eyayimenze wasisimumu. UYesu uyayikhupha le demon, yaye lo mntu uthetha ngoko nangoko. Izihlwele ziyakhwankqiswa yile mimangaliso, zisithi: “Akuzanga kubonwe okunje kwaSirayeli.”
AbaFarisi abayanga kukha mbotyi. Abanakuyikhanyela le mimangaliso, kodwa ngenxa yokungakholwa kwabo kwenkohlakalo basiphinda kwakhona isityholo sabo ngokubhekisele kumthombo wemisebenzi kaYesu yamandla, besithi: “Iidemon ezi uzikhupha ngaye umphathi weedemon.”
Kungexesha lingakanani emva kwezi ziganeko, uYesu ubuyela kwidolophu yakowabo iNazarete, ngesi sihlandlo uphelekwa ngabafundi bakhe. Ngaphambilana kwisithuba esingangonyaka, wayendwendwele endlwini yesikhungu waza wafundisa khona. Nangona ekuqaleni aba bantu baye bamangaliswa ngamazwi akhe anomtsalane, kamva bakhutyekiswa yimfundiso yakhe baza balinga ukumbulala. Ngoku, ngenceba, uYesu wenza elinye ilinge lokunceda abamelwane bakhe bangaphambili.
Ngoxa kwezinye iindawo abantu bebengumdolomba ukuza kuYesu, apha kubonakala kungenjalo. Ngoko, ngeSabatha, uya endlwini yesikhungu ukuya kufundisa. Nabazalwana bakhe asingooYakobi, noYose, noSimon, noYuda, yini na? Noodade bakhe abakuthi apha bonke na? Uzizuze phi na phofu lo zonke ezi zinto?”
Baqiqa ngale ndlela, ‘uYesu ungumntu nje oqhelekileyo njengathi. Ukhula phambi kwethu nentsapho yakowabo siyayazi. Ingenzeka njani into yokuba abe nguMesiya?’ Ngoko phezu kwabo nje bonke ubungqina obubonakalayo—ubulumko nemimangaliso yakhe emikhulu—bayamchasa. Kwanezalamane zakhe, ngenxa yokuba zimazi ukusuka nokuhlala, ziyakhubeka, ngaloo ndlela zibangela uYesu ukuba aqukumbele ngelithi: “Umprofeti akaswele mbeko, kungekhona kowabo, nakokwabo.”
