Njengesibonelo sesibonakaliso esiyinhlanganisela, cabangela leso esinikezwe eBhayibhelini ukuze siphawule uJesu njengoMesiya ngesikhathi sokuza kwakhe kokuqala. Sasihlanganisa izenzakalo eziningi ngokuphathelene noMesiya ezanikezwa emiBhalweni yesiHeberu. UJesu wayetshele abafundi bakhe ngeminye yalemibhalo, kodwa babengakakuqondi ukubaluleka kwayo. Labafundi, njengeningi lamaJuda, babefuna uMesiya owayeyoketula iRoma futhi abuse izwe kanye nabo njengabangane. Ngakho lapho efa, babekhungathekile futhi bedumele. Isibonakaliso Esiyinhlanganisela Sokuba-khona KukaKristu
Yisibonakaliso esinjalo kuphela esiyinhlanganisela esiphawula isikhathi sokubuya kukaJesu, noma ngokunembe kakhulu, ukuba-khona kwakhe. Igama lesiGreki elithi pa·rou·siʹa izinguqulo eziningi ezilihumusha ngokuthi “ukuza” kuMathewu 24:3 alisho isikhathi ayeyokuza noma afike ngaso kodwa lisho ukuthi usefikile kakade futhi usekhona. Endabeni kaJesu lisho ukuthi ukhona ngokungabonakali njengeNkosi kaJehova ebekwe esihlalweni sobukhosi futhi uyabusa esezulwini. Lokhu kuvumelana namazwi kaJesu akuJohane 14:19: “Kuseyisikhashana izwe lingasangiboni.” Njengoba ayengenakubonakala ngokwenyama, wanikeza isibonakaliso esasiyophawula ukubuya nokuba-khona kwakhe okungabonakali njengeNkosi kaJehova ebusayo.
Isibonakaliso asinikeza sasingenaso isici esisodwa noma ezimbalwa nje kuphela. Sasinezici eziningi okwakumelwe zihlanganiswe ndawonye njengesibonakaliso esiyinhlanganisela, njengoba kwakunjalo ngesibonakaliso esiyinhlanganisela ngesikhathi sokuza kwakhe kokuqala njengoMesiya. Ngakho, ngezici noma izenzakalo eziningi, ubonakalisa ukuba-khona kwakhe okungabonakali ngendlela ecacile kulesikhathi njengeNkosi kaJehova ebusayo ebekwe esihlalweni sobukhosi ezulwini kodwa eyelulela amandla nethonya layo ezindabeni zomhlaba. Kungase kuvele izixwayiso zamanga lapho kugcizelelwa esisodwa noma ezimbili kuphela zalezici, kunokuba kugcizelelwe izici eziningi ezakha lesibonakaliso esiyinhlanganisela. Ukugcwaliseka kwalesibonakaliso esiyinhlanganisela esanikezwa uJesu, kanye nezinye izimo ezengeziwe ezanikezwa abathathu babaphostoli, kwaqala ngendlela ephawulekayo kusukela ngo-1914 kuqhubeke. Ukufingqwa kwalezici ezihlukahlukene kanye nokugcwaliseka kwazo kuyalandela.
“Isizwe siyakuvukela isizwe, nombuso uvukele umbuso.” (Mathewu 24:7) IMpi Yezwe I yaqala ngo-1914 inamazwe angu-28 ayehilelekile, kwabulawa abantu abayizigidi ezingu-14. Kwalandela iMpi Yezwe II eyayinamazwe angu-59 ayehilelekile, kwabulawa abantu abayizigidi ezingu-50.
‘Ubici izindawo ngezindawo.’ (Luka 21:11) Njengoba kwakuphela iMpi Yezwe I, abantu abangaba yizigidi ezingu-21 babulawa umkhuhlane waseSpain. Kusukela ngalesosikhathi, isifo senhliziyo, umdlavuza, ingculaza, nolunye ubhadane lwezifo kuye kwabulala amakhulu ezigidi.
“Kube-khona indlala.” (Mathewu 24:7) Indlala enkulu kunazo zonke kuwo wonke umlando yagadla ngemva kweMpi Yezwe I. “Kuyakuba-khona ukuzamazama okukhulu komhlaba.” (Luka 21:11) Ukuzamazama komhlaba ngemva kuka-1914—cabangela okumbalwa okukhulu. Ngo-1915, e-Italy, kwafa imiphefumulo engu-32 610; ngo-1920, eChina, kwafa abangu-200 000; ngo-1923, eJapane, kwafa abangu-143- 000; ngo-1939, eTurkey, kwafa abangu-32 700; ngo-1970, ePeru, kwafa abangu-66 800; ngo-1976, eChina, kwafa abangu-240 000 (abanye bathi abangu-800 000); ngo-1988, e-Armenia, kwafa abangu-25 000.
‘Ukwanda kokubi.’ (Mathewu 24:12) Ukungabi-namthetho kuye kwadlanga kusukela ngo-1914; namuhla kugcwala yonke indawo ngokushesha. Ukubulala, ukudlwengula, ukuphanga, izimpi zamaqembu ezigelekeqe—kuphambili ezihlokweni zamaphephandaba futhi kugcwele ezindabeni. Abaholi bezombangazwe baqola umphakathi, intsha iphatha izibhamu futhi iyabulala, izingane zesikole ziyahlukumezana. Ezindaweni eziningi akulondekile ukuhamba emigwaqweni ngisho nasemini.
“Usizi luyakwehlela izizwe, zixakeke . . . abantu baphele amandla ngokwesaba nangokubheka okuvelela umhlaba.” (Luka 21:25, 26) Ubugebengu, ubudlova, ukuba imilutha yezidakamizwa, ukuhlukana kwemikhaya, ukuntengantenga kwezomnotho, ukuntuleka kwemisebenzi—loluhlu lude futhi luyakhula. Omunye usosayensi owaziwayo wabhala: “Sizodla ngokwesaba, silale ngokwesaba, siphile ngokwesaba futhi sife ngokwesaba.”
“Ezinsukwini zokugcina . . . izikhathi ezinzima.” (2 Thimothewu 3:1) Umphostoli uPawulu wakhuluma ngabantu ‘ababuthuntu.’ (Efesu 4:19) Nokho, waningiliza ngokuwohloka kokuziphatha akubikezelela ‘izinsuku zokugcina.’ Kuzwakala njengezindaba zanamuhla ezisakazwayo: “Yazi lokhu ukuthi ezinsukwini zokugcina kuzakuvela izikhathi ezinzima; ngokuba abantu bazakuba-ngabazithandayo, nabathandimali, nabazigabisayo, nabazidlayo, nabahlambalazayo, nabangalaleli abazali, nabangabongiyo, nabahlazisayo, nabangenaluthando, nabahlebi, nabangazithibi, nabangenabumnene, nabangathandi okuhle, nabakhapheli, nabanamawala, nabakhukhumele, nabathanda injabulo kunokuthanda uNkulunkulu, nabanesimo sokumesaba uNkulunkulu, kepha amandla akho bewaphika; labo-ke wobagwema.”—2 Thimothewu 3:1-5.
“Ngezinsuku zokugcina kuyakufika abahleki abahleka usulu.” (2 Petru 3:3) Amaphephandaba, imithombo yezindaba, omagazini, izincwadi, nezithombe zamabhayisikobho ngokweyisa kuyalenqaba iBhayibheli futhi kubeka esikhundleni salo imibono yako yenkulumo-ze yokuzicabangela, kuthi njengoba uPetru abikezela: “Siphi isithembiso sokufika kwakhe na? Ngokuba kuselokhu obaba balala, konke kumi kunjalo njengakwasekuqaleni kokudalwa.”—2 Petru 3:4.
“Bayakunibamba, banizingele.” (Luka 21:12) Kusukela ngo-1914 kuze kuzofika kulonyaka, oFakazi BakaJehova baye baboshwa ngonya, bamangalelwa ngamanga, bahlaselwa yizixuku futhi izinkulungwane zafakwa emakamu okuhlushwa kaHitler, lapho babehlushwa khona, abaningi babulawa, abanye ngonya ngokunqunywa amakhanda ngesihluku. “Lezindaba ezinhle zombuso ziyakushunyayelwa ezweni lonke elakhiwe.” (Mathewu 24:14, NW) Ziphi izindaba ezinhle? Izindaba ezinhle zoMbuso kaKristu obusa usezulwini, ngoba yilowo umbuzo owabuzwa uJesu owaveza isiprofetho sakhe sesibonakaliso esiyinhlanganisela salesosenzakalo. Ziye zashunyayelwa oFakazi BakaJehova kusukela ngo-1914. Bayizinkulungwane ezine ababekwenza ngo-1919, abangaphezu kwezigidi ezine ngo-1990, futhi ngo-1992 kwenye inyanga bafinyelela ku-4 472 787. Kwasakazwa izincwadi zeBhayibheli ngezilimi ezingaba ngu-200 emazweni angu-229. Lesici sesibonakaliso esiyinhlanganisela asikaze nanini sigcwaliseke ngaphambili.
‘Ukubhubhisa ababhubhisa umhlaba.’ (IsAmbulo 11:18) Abantu abahahayo bebezimisele ngaso sonke isikhathi ukubhubhisa umhlaba ngenxa yenzuzo yobugovu, kodwa ngaphambi kwalesizukulwane abakaze nanini babe namandla okwenza kanjalo. Manje, kusukela ngo-1914, ubuchwepheshe banamuhla buye babanikeza lawomandla, futhi bawasebenzisa kabi. Babhubhisa umhlaba.

Usosayensi uBarry Commoner uthi: “Ngikholelwa ukuthi ukungcoliswa komhlaba okuqhubekayo, uma kunganakiwe, ekugcineni kuyobhubhisa ukufaneleka kwaleplanethi njengendawo yokuphila komuntu. . . . Lezizenzakalo eziningi ezihlanganiswa ndawonye njengesibonakaliso esisodwa phakathi nesizukulwane esisodwa azinakuchithwa ngokuthi ziyizenzakalo ezenzeke ngengozi.
