UPETRU USEBENZISA “IZIHLUTHULELO ZOMBUSO”
Ngemva kokwamukela umoya ongcwele, abaphostoli bafakaza ngesibindi. UPetru usebenzisa esokuqala ‘sezihluthulelo zombuso wamazulu’ ukuze adlulisele ulwazi nethuba kumaJuda namaproselithe ‘amukela izwi lakhe’ lokungena eMbusweni. (Math. 16:19; IzE. 2:5, 41) Ushushiso olukhulu olungazelelwe luhlakaza abafundi, kodwa lokhu kumane kwandise umsebenzi wokushumayela.
Ngemva kokuzwa ukuthi abaseSamariya bamukele izwi likaNkulunkulu, abaphostoli eJerusalema bathumela uPetru noJohane kubo. UPetru usebenzisa isihluthulelo sesibili ngokuvulela abaseSamariya ithuba loMbuso. (IzE. 8:14-17) Mhlawumbe phakathi nonyaka uJesu evusiwe, uSawulu waseTarsu uguqulwa ngokuyisimangaliso. Ngo-36 C.E., uPetru usebenzisa isihluthulelo sesithathu futhi abantu bezizwe abangasokile bathola isipho sesihle somoya ongcwele.—IzE. 10:45.
Izimpendulo Zemibuzo YemiBhalo:
2:44-47; 4:34, 35—Kungani amakholwa athengisa izimpahla zawo futhi abelana ngemali eyayitholakele? Abaningi ababa amakholwa babevela kude futhi bengenazo izinto ezanele ukuze baqhubeke behlezi eJerusalema. Noma kunjalo, babefisa ukuqhubeka belapho isikhathi esijana ukuze bafunde okwengeziwe ngokholo lwabo olusha futhi bafakaze kwabanye. 7:59—Ingabe uStefanu wayethandaza kuJesu? Cha. NguJehova uNkulunkulu kuphela okufanele simkhulekele futhi sithandaze kuye. (Luka 4:8; 6:12) Ezimweni ezivamile, uStefanu wayethandaza kuJehova egameni likaJesu. (Joh. 15:16) Nokho, kulokhu, uStefanu waba nombono ‘weNdodana yomuntu imi ngakwesokunene sikaNkulunkulu.’ (IzE. 7:56) Njengoba ayazi kahle ukuthi uJesu wayenikezwe amandla okuvusa abafileyo, uStefanu wayengathandazi, kodwa wayekhuluma noJesu ngokuqondile, emcela ukuba alonde umoya wakhe.—Joh. 5:27-29.

1:8. Umsebenzi womhlaba wonke owenziwa abakhulekeli bakaJehova awunakufezwa ngaphandle kosizo lomoya ongcwele.
4:36–5:11. UJosefa waseKhupro wanikwa isibongo esithi Barnaba, okusho ukuthi “iNdodana Yenduduzo.” Mhlawumbe abaphostoli bamnikeza lesi sibongo esithi Barnaba ngoba enenhliziyo enhle, enomusa futhi ewusizo kwabanye. Kufanele sibe njengaye, singafani no-Ananiya noSafira ababa abazenzisi nabakhohlisi.

INKONZO KAPAWULU YENTSHISEKO
Ngo-44 C.E., u-Agabu ufika e-Antiyokiya, lapho uBarnaba noSawulu ‘sebenonyaka wonke’ befundisa khona. U-Agabu ubikezela “indlala enkulu” eyabe isifika ngemva kweminyaka emibili. (IzE. 15:40) UThimothewu noLuka bazihlanganisa noPawulu phakathi nalolo hambo. ULuka usala eFilipi njengoba uPawulu eqhubekela e-Athene naseKorinte, futhi uhlangana lapho no-Akhwila noPrisila, abese ehlala nabo unyaka nezinyanga eziyisithupha. (IzE. 18:11) UPawulu ushiya uThimothewu noSila eKorinte, athathe u-Akhwila noPrisila bahambe ngomkhumbi baye eSiriya ekuqaleni kuka-52 C.E. (IzE. 19:20) UPawulu uhlala lapho cishe iminyaka emithathu. (IzE. 20:31) NgePhentekoste lika-56 C.E. uPawulu useJerusalema. Ngemva kokuboshwa, ufakaza ngesibindi ezikhulwini. 14:8-13—Kungani abantu baseListra babiza “uBarnaba ngokuthi uZeyusi, uPawulu bambiza ngokuthi uHermesi”? Ezinganekwaneni zamaGreki, uZeyusi wayengumbusi wonkulunkulu, futhi indodana yakhe uHermesi yayaziwa ngokuqephuza. Njengoba kunguPawulu owayekhuluma kakhulu, abantu baseListra bambiza ngokuthi uHermesi, uBarnaba bambiza ngokuthi uZeyusi.
16:6, 7—Kungani umoya ongcwele wenqabela uPawulu nayehamba nabo ukuba bashumayele esifundeni sase-Asiya naseBhithiniya? Izisebenzi zazimbalwa. Yingakho umoya ongcwele wabaqondisa emasimini akhiqiza kakhudlwana.
18:12-17—Kungani uMphathi-sifundazwe uGaliyu engazange angenele lapho ababebukele beshaya uSostene? Mhlawumbe uGaliyu wacabanga ukuthi le ndoda eyayibonakala ingumholi wesixuku esasimelene noPawulu yayithola okwakuyifanele. Nokho, kubonakala lesi senzakalo saba nomphumela omuhle ngoba saholela ekuguqukeleni kukaSostene ebuKristwini. Kamuva, uPawulu ubiza uSostene ngokuthi “umzalwane.”—1 Kor. 1:1.
