AMADODA ayishumi nanye ayeme egqumeni elingasempumalanga leNtaba Yeminqumo, egqolozele esibhakabhakeni. Esikhashaneni esingengakanani nje esidlule uJesu Kristu wayenyukile esuka phakathi kwawo, umzimba wakhe unyamalala kwaze kwaba yilapho ususithwe ifu. Eminyakeni yawo enaye, lamadoda ayebone uJesu enikeza ubufakazi obuningi bokuthi wayenguMesiya; ayedlule ngisho nasosizini lokufa kwakhe kanye nasenjabulweni enkulu yokuvuswa kwakhe. 2 Ngokungazelele kwabonakala izingelosi ezimbili futhi zakhuluma lamazwi aduduzayo: “Madoda aseGalile, nimeleni nibheka ezulwini na? UJesu lo, osuswé kini enyuselwa ezulwini, uyakuza kanjalo, njengalokho nimbonile eya ezulwini.” (IzEnzo 1:11) Yeka indlela okwakuqinisekisa ngayo—ukunyukela kukaJesu ezulwini kwakungasho ukuthi wayeseqedile ngomhlaba nangesintu! Kunalokho, uJesu wayezobuya. Ngokungangabazeki lamazwi enza abaphostoli baba nethemba. Izigidi zabantu namuhla nazo ziye zasibheka njengesibaluleke kakhulu isithembiso sokubuya kukaKristu. Abanye babhekisela kukho ngokuthi “uKuza Kwesibili” noma “uKuvela.” Nokho, abaningi babonakala bedidekile ngokuthi ukubuya kukaKristu kusho ukuthini ngempela. UKristu ubuya ngayiphi indlela? Nini? Futhi lokhu kukuthinta kanjani ukuphila kwethu namuhla?

3. Yini abantu abaningi abayikholelwayo ngokubuya kukaKristu?
3 Ngokwencwadi ethi An Evangelical Christology, “ukuza kwesibili noma ukubuya kukaKristu (parousia) kumisa umbuso kaNkulunkulu, ngokokugcina, ngendlela esobala, futhi kuze kube phakade.” Kuyinkolelo eyaziwa kabanzi ukuthi ukubuya kukaKristu kuyobonakala ngendlela esobala, abonwe ngokoqobo yinoma ubani okuleplanethi. Ukuze basekele lomqondo, abaningi bakhomba kusAmbulo 1:7, esifundeka kanjena: “Bhekani, uyeza namafu, namehlo onke ayakumbona, nabo abamgwazayo.” Kodwa ingabe lelivesi kumelwe lithathwe njengoba linjalo?
4, 5. (a) Sazi kanjani ukuthi isAmbulo 1:7 akumelwe sisithathe ngomqondo ongokoqobo? (b) Amazwi akhe siqu uJesu akuqinisekisa kanjani lokhu kuqonda?
4 Khumbula, incwadi yesAmbulo inikezwa ‘ngezibonakaliso.’ (IsAmbulo 1:1) Khona-ke, lendima kumelwe ukuba ingokomfanekiso; cabanga, kungenzeka kanjani ukuthi ‘labo abamgwazayo’ bambone uKristu ebuya? Sebefe cishe amakhulu angu-20 eminyaka! Ngaphezu kwalokho, izingelosi zathi uKristu wayeyobuya “kanjalo” ngendlela ayehambe ngayo. Nokho, wahamba kanjani? Ingabe kwakunezigidi ezazibukele? Cha, abantu abambalwa nje kuphela abathembekile ababona lesisenzakalo. Futhi lapho izingelosi zikhuluma nabo, ingabe abaphostoli balubona ngokoqobo uhambo lukaKristu waze wayofika ezulwini? Cha, isembozo sefu sasimsithile uJesu engabonakali. Esikhathini esithile ngemva kwalokho, kumelwe ukuba wangena emazulwini awumoya njengomuntu womoya, ongabonakali emehlweni abantu. (1 Korinte 15:50) Ngakho ngokwengxenye enkulu, abaphostoli babona kuphela isiqalo sohambo lukaJesu; babengenakusibona isiphetho salo, ukubuyela kwakhe phambi kukaYise wasezulwini, uJehova. Lokhu babengakubona ngamehlo abo okholo kuphela.—Johane 20:17.
5 IBhayibheli lifundisa ukuthi uJesu ubuya ngendlela efana nsé. UJesu ngokwakhe ngokushesha ngaphambi kokufa kwakhe wathi: “Kuseyisikhashana izwe lingasangiboni.” (Johane 14:19) Wathi futhi “umbuso kaNkulunkulu awufiki ubonwa ngamehlo.” (Luka 17:20) Khona-ke, kungamuphi umqondo ‘amehlo onke eyakumbona’? Ukuze siphendule, okokuqala kudingeka siliqonde ngokucacile igama uJesu nabalandeli bakhe abalisebenzisa ngokuphathelene nokubuya kwakhe.
6. (a) Kungani amagama anjengathi “ukubuya,” “ukufika,” “ukuvela,” nokuthi “ukuza” engekhona ukuhunyushwa okwanele kwegama lesiGreki elithi pa·rou·siʹa? (b) Yini ebonisa ukuthi ipa·rou·siʹa noma “ukuba khona,” ithatha isikhathi eside ngokwengeziwe kunoma isiphi isenzakalo sesikhashana nje?
6 Iqiniso liwukuthi, uKristu wenza okuningi ngokwengeziwe kunokumane nje ‘abuye.’ Lelogama, njengelithi “ukuza,” “ukufika,” noma “ukuvela,” lisikisela isenzakalo esisodwa esikhashaneni esifushane. Kodwa igama lesiGreki uJesu nabalandeli bakhe abalisebenzisa lisho okwengeziwe. Leligama lithi pa·rou·siʹa, ngokwezwi nezwi lisho “ukuba malungana” noma “ukuba khona.” Izazi eziningi ziyavuma ukuthi leligama alihlanganisi nje ukufika kuphela kodwa futhi nokuba khona okuba ngemva kwalokho kufika—njengasekuvakashelweni okungokomthetho umuntu wasebukhosini. Lokhu kuba khona akusona isenzakalo sesikhashana; kuyinkathi ekhethekile, inkathi ephawulekayo yesikhathi. KuMathewu 24:37-39 (NW) uJesu wathi, “ukuba khona [pa·rou·siʹa] kweNdodana yomuntu” kwakuyoba ‘njengemihla kaNowa’ eyafinyelela umvuthwandaba ngoZamcolo. UNowa wayakha umkhumbi futhi exwayisa abantu ababi amashumi amaningi eminyaka ngaphambi kokuba kufike uZamcolo futhi uqothule lesosimiso sezwe esonakele. Khona-ke, ngendlela efanayo lokhu kuba khona kukaKristu okungabonakali kuthatha inkathi engamashumi athile eminyaka ngaphambi kokuba nakho kufinyelele emvuthwandaba ngembubhiso enkulu.
7. (a) Yini ebonisa ukuthi ipa·rou·siʹa ayibonakali emehlweni abantu? (b) Iyogcwaliseka kanjani futhi nini imibhalo echaza ukubuya kukaKristu njengokubonakalayo ‘emehlweni onke’?
7 Ngokungangabazeki, ipa·rou·siʹa ayibonakali ngokoqobo emehlweni abantu. Ukuba ibibonakala, kungani uJesu achitha isikhathi esiningi kangaka, njengoba sizobona, enikeza abalandeli bakhe isibonakaliso sokubasiza ukuba babone lokhu kuba khona kwakhe?a Nokho, lapho uKristu eza ukuzobhubhisa isimiso sezwe sikaSathane, iqiniso lokuba khona kwakhe liyobonakala kubo bonke ngendlela eyesabekayo.
