LAPHO othile omthandayo efa, ungase ube nemizwa nezimo zengqondo obungazilindele—ukwesaba, intukuthelo, umuzwa wecala, nokucindezeleka. NgomKristu isithembiso seBhayibheli esijabulisayo sokuvuselwa kwabafile ekuphileni emhlabeni oyipharadesi ngaphansi kokubusa koMbuso kaNkulunkulu singasiza ekunciphiseni ukushaqeka. Nokho, iBhayibheli lithini ngokuba lusizi? Ingabe akulungile ukukhala lapho othandekayo efa?
Baba Lusizi
Ukholo luka-Abrahama ludumile. Lapho evivinywa, u-Abrahama “wanikela ngoIsaka [indodana yakhe].” (Heberu 11:17; Genesise 22:9-13) Ngokusobala, akekho owayeke wavuswa esikhathini esingaphambi kwesakhe, kodwa u-Abrahama wayenokholo lokuthi, uma kudingekile, “uNkulunkulu unamandla okuvusa [indodana yakhe] nakwabafileyo.” (Heberu 11:19) Eminyakeni engaba ngu-12 ngemva kokuvivinywa kokholo luka-Abrahama, umkakhe, uSara, wafa. Esinye sezibonelo ezithinta inhliziyo kakhulu zokuveza obala usizi ngenxa yokulahlekelwa othandekayo sasinguJesu Kristu ngokwakhe. Ngokuqondene nokufa kukaLazaru, umngane kaJesu oseduze, siyafunda: “UMariya esefiké lapho ekhona uJesu‚ embona‚ wawa ngasezinyaweni zakhe‚ wathi: Nkosi‚ uma ubukhona‚ umnewethu nga engafanga. Ngakho uJesu embona ekhala‚ nabaJuda abafika naye bekhala‚ wabubula emoyeni‚ wakhathazeka; wathi: Nimbekephi na? Bathi kuye: Nkosi‚ woza ubone. UJesu wakhala izinyembezi.”—Johane 11:32-35.
Kuthinta inhliziyo ngempela ukuphawula ukuthi iNdodana kaNkulunkulu ephelele yayingenamahloni okuveza obala usizi. Igama lolimi lokuqala elihunyushwe ngokuthi “wakhala izinyembezi” (da·kryʹo) lisho “ukuchiphiza izinyembezi.” Okuphawuleka nakakhulu ukuthi esikhathini esingaphambili uJesu wayevuse abantu ababili—indodana yomfelokazi waseNayini nendodakazi kaJayiru—futhi wayehlose ngokuphelele ukuvusa uLazaru. (Luka 7:11-15; 8:41, 42, 49-55; qhathanisa noJohane 11:11.) Emizuzwaneni embalwa ngaphambili wayetshele uMarta: “Mina ngingukuvuka nokuphila; okholwa yimi‚ noma efa‚ wophila.” (Johane 11:25) Nokho, uJesu wanqotshwa umzwelo ojulile kangangokuba amehlo akhe agcwala izinyembezi.
Kunokuthile okubaluleke ngisho nakakhulu. UJesu ‘ufuzé yena [uJehova] uqobo.’ (Heberu 1:3) Khona-ke imizwa kaJesu yothando nejulile lapho elahlekelwa othandekayo ngokufa ibonisa isimo esithinta inhliziyo sikaBaba wethu osezulwini, uJehova. Ibonisa uNkulunkulu oba nenhliziyo ebuhlungu ngokuba lusizi kwezinceku zakhe.—Qhathanisa neHubo 56:8.
Khona-ke, ngokucacile, akukubi ukuba lusizi lapho othile omthandayo efa. U-Abrahama wakhala ngenxa yokufa kukaSara. UJesu waluveza obala usizi lapho uLazaru efa. UJehova uNkulunkulu uyabuqonda ubuhlungu bethu ngoba ‘uyasikhathalela.’—1 Petru 5:7.
Nokho, kuthiwani ngethemba lobuKristu? Ingabe liyawenza umehluko?
‘Ukungadabuki Njengabanye’
Lapho, abathile eThesalonika ebandleni lobuKristu lekhulu lokuqala beba lusizi ngenxa yokulahlekelwa abakholwa kanye nabo, umphostoli uPawulu wafuna ukubaduduza. Wabhala: “Kepha asithandi‚ bazalwane‚ ukuba ningabi-nakwazi ngabalalayo‚ ukuze ningadabuki njengabanye abangenalo ithemba.” (1 Thesalonika 4:13) Yebo, labo abakholelwa esithembisweni sikaNkulunkulu sokuvusa abafile basesimweni esingcono kunalabo abangenalo ithemba lovuko.b Kanjani?
Lapho bebhekene nokufa, labo abangenalo ithemba lovuko bayadangala. Ngisho noma bezisholo ukuthi bakholelwa ohlotsheni oluthile lokuphila kwangemva kokufa, bambalwa abathola induduzo yangempela kulokhu. Kwabaningi abanye, usizi alubangelwa nje kuphela iqiniso lokuthi baye bahlukana nabathandekayo babo ngokufa kodwa lubangelwa nayiqiniso lokuthi kubo lokhu kwehlukana kungokuhlala njalo. Njengoba bengaluqondi ngokucacile uvuko, amathemba abo bawambela nabathandekayo babo; ngokwalokho abakukholelwayo, ngeke baphinde bababone.—Qhathanisa neyoku-1 Korinte 15:12-19, 32.
Nokho, kuhlukile ngamaKristu eqiniso. UPawulu wachaza ukuthi ukufa kunjengokulala ubuthongo—hhayi nje ngenxa yokuthi kuyisimo sokungazi lutho esifana nokulala ubuthongo obujulile kuphela kodwa nangenxa yokuthi kuyinto engenzeka ukuba uvuswe kuyo ngovuko. (IHubo 13:3; UmShumayeli 9:5, 10) Lelothemba elisekelwe eBhayibhelini lenza umehluko.
Lapho elahlekelwa othandekayo ngokufa, umKristu uthinteka ngokujulile ngendlela efanayo nabangakholwa ngenxa yobudlelwane obunqamukile, ukulahlekelwa ubuso obujwayelekile, ukungabibikho kwephimbo elithandekayo. Ithemba lovuko alenzi inhliziyo ingathinteki. Nokho liyakunciphisa noma likulinganisele ukudabuka. Cha, lelothemba alisiqedi isidingo sokuba lusizi, kodwa lingenza kube lula ukuthwala ubuhlungu.
