2 Ku-Isaya isahluko 22, sifunda ngokuvinjezelwa okunjalo—ukuvinjezelwa kweJerusalema. Kwenzeka nini? Kunzima ukusho ukuthi yikuphi ukuvinjezelwa okwagcwaliseka kukho zonke izici ezichaziwe. Mhlawumbe. Kodwa uma kucatshangelwa ukungathembeki kwazo, cishe kumane nje kusho ukuthi ukukhala kwazo ngenxa yokwesaba kuyozwakala ezintabeni eziseduze.
9. Chaza ibutho elisongela iJerusalema.
9 Hlobo luni lwesitha esisongela iJerusalema? U-Isaya uyasitshela: “I-Elamu ngokwalo lithathe umgodla wemicibisholo, enqoleni yempi yomuntu, kanye namahhashi; neKhiri ngokwalo lembulé isihlangu.” (Isaya 22:6) Izitha zihlome ziyizingovolo. 10. Yisiphi isenzakalo esiyibika lokubi ngomuzi?
10 U-Isaya uchaza isimo esiphakamayo: “Amathafa akho aphansi ekhethelo isibili ayogcwala izinqola zempi, wona kanye amahhashi ayozihlela nakanjani esangweni, umuntu uyosusa isihenqo sikaJuda.” (Isaya 22:7, 8a) Izinqola zempi namahhashi kugcwala emathafeni ngaphandle komuzi waseJerusalema futhi kuzilungiselela ukuhlasela amasango omuzi. Siyini “isihenqo sikaJuda” esisuswayo? Cishe siyisango lomuzi, ukunqotshwa kwalo yizitha okuyibika lokubi ngabawuvikelayo.c Lapho sisuswa lesi sihenqo esivikelayo, umuzi usala-ze.
11, 12. Yiziphi izinyathelo zokuzivikela ezithathwa izakhamuzi zaseJerusalema?
11 U-Isaya manje ugxila emizamweni yabantu yokuzivikela. Umcabango obafikela kuqala—izikhali! “Ngalolo suku uyobheka ngasenqolobaneni yezikhali yendlu yehlathi, ngokuqinisekile niyozibona izindawo ezibhodloziwe zoMuzi KaDavide, ngoba impela ziyoba ziningi. Futhi niyokukha amanzi echibi elisezansi.” (Isaya 22:8b, 9) Izikhali zigcinwa enqolobaneni yezikhali yendlu yehlathi. Le nqolobane yezikhali yakhiwa uSolomoni. Ngenxa yokuthi yayakhiwe ngemisedari yaseLebanoni, yabe seyaziwa ngokuthi “iNdlu Yehlathi LaseLebanoni.” (1 AmaKhosi 7:2-5) Kugadwa izindawo ezibhodloziwe ezisodongeni. Kukhiwa amanzi—isinyathelo esibalulekile sokuzivikela. Abantu badinga amanzi ukuze baphile. Ngaphandle kwawo, umuzi awunakuma. Kodwa phawula ukuthi akushiwo lutho ngokuthi babheka kuJehova ukuze bakhululwe. Kunalokho, bathembele ezintweni zabo siqu. Kwangathi singelenze iphutha elinjalo!—IHubo 127:1.
12 Yini engase yenziwe ngalezo zindawo ezibhodloziwe odongeni lomuzi? “Impela niyozibala izindlu zaseJerusalema. Futhi niyozidiliza lezi zindlu ukuze nenze udonga lungafinyeleleki.” (Isaya 22:10) Kuhlolwa izindlu ukuze kutholakale ukuthi yiziphi ezingase zidilizwe ukuze kutholakale izinto zokulungisa izindawo ezibhodloziwe. Lona umzamo wokunqanda isitha singaluthathi ngokuphelele udonga.
Abantu Abangenalukholo
13. Abantu bazama kanjani ukuqikelela ukuthi amanzi ayatholakala, kodwa ubani abamkhohlwayo?
13 “Kuyoba khona ichibi lokukha amanzi okumelwe nilenze phakathi kwezindonga ezimbili, nilenzela amanzi echibi elidala. Ngokuqinisekile ngeke nimbheke uMenzi walo Omkhulu, futhi ngokuqinisekile anisoze nambona lowo owalibumba kudala.” (Isaya 22:11) Imizamo yokukha amanzi, echazwe lapha nasevesini 9, isikhumbuza isenzo iNkosi uHezekiya eyasenza ukuze ivikele lo muzi ekuhlaselweni abase-Asiriya. (2 IziKronike 32:2-5) Nokho, abantu bomuzi kulesi siprofetho sika-Isaya abanalo nhlobo ukholo. Ngokungafani noHezekiya, njengoba besebenza bevikela umuzi, abamcabangi uMdali.
14. Naphezu kwesigijimi sikaJehova esiyisixwayiso, abantu banasiphi isimo sengqondo esiwubuwula?
14 U-Isaya uyaqhubeka: “INkosi EnguMbusi, uJehova wamabutho, ngalolo suku iyoyala ukuba kube khona ukukhala nokulila nobumpandla nokubhinca indwangu yamasaka. Kodwa bheka! ukwethaba nokujabula, ukubulala izinkomo nokuhlaba izimvu, ukudla inyama nokuphuza iwayini, ‘Makube khona ukudla nokuphuza ngoba kusasa sizokufa.’” (Isaya 22:12, 13) Izakhamuzi zaseJerusalema azibonisi kuzisola ngokuhlubuka kwazo kuJehova. Azikhali, azigundi izinwele noma zigqoke indwangu yamasaka njengesibonakaliso sokuphenduka. Ukube bezenza kanjalo, cishe uJehova ubezozaphula kulezi zinto ezimbi ezizokwenzeka. 15 Izakhamuzi zaseJerusalema ezivinjezelwe ngeke zikuthole ukulondeka. U-Isaya uthi: “UJehova wamabutho uzembulé ezindlebeni zami: ‘“Lesi siphambeko ngeke nihlawulelwe sona nize nife,” kusho iNkosi EnguMbusi, uJehova wamabutho.’” (Isaya 22:14) Ngenxa yobulukhuni bezinhliziyo zabantu, ngeke baxolelwe. Ukufa kuyofika nakanjani. Ngokuqinisekile. INkosi EnguMbusi, uJehova wamabutho, ishilo. Ekugcwalisekeni kwamazwi ka-Isaya esiprofetho, iJerusalema elingathembekile lehlelwa inhlekelele kabili. Libhujiswa amabutho aseBabiloni futhi kamuva awaseRoma. Ngokufanayo, eLobukholwa elingathembekile, elimalungu alo athi akhulekela uNkulunkulu kodwa ebe emphika ngemisebenzi yawo, lizokwehlelwa inhlekelele. (Thithu 1:16) Izono zeLobukholwa, kanye nezezinye izinkolo zezwe ezidelela izindlela zikaNkulunkulu zokulunga, ‘sezinqwabelane zaze zafika phezulu ezulwini.’ Njengesono seJerusalema elihlubukayo, isono sazo sikhulu kakhulu ukuba singase sihlawulelwe.—IsAmbulo 18:5, 8, 21.

16, 17. (a) Ubani manje onikezwa isigijimi esiyisixwayiso esivela kuJehova, futhi ngani? (b) Ngenxa yezifiso zakhe eziphakeme, kuyokwenzekani kuShebina?
16 Umprofethi uyasuka kubantu abangathembekile agxile kumuntu ongathembekile. U-Isaya uyabhala: “Yilokhu iNkosi EnguMbusi, uJehova wamabutho, ekushilo: ‘Hamba, ngena kulo mphathi, uShebina, ophezu kwendlu, uthi, “Yini engeyakho lapha, futhi ubani ongowakho lapha, ukuba uziqophele ingcwaba lapha?” Uqopha ingcwaba lakhe endaweni ephakeme; uzigumbela indawo yakhe yokuhlala edwaleni.’”—Isaya 22:15, 16.
17 UShebina ‘ungumphathi phezu kwendlu,’ cishe indlu yeNkosi uHezekiya. Njengomphathi, unesikhundla esikhulu, ulandela inkosi ngesikhundla. Kuningi okulindeleke kuye. (1 Korinte 4:2) Nokho, ngesikhathi okufanele ngabe unaka ngaso izindaba zesizwe kuqala, uShebina uzifunela udumo lwakhe siqu. Uthumela ukuba aqoshelwe ingcwaba lekhethelo—elifana nelenkosi—phezulu edwaleni. Ekubona lokhu, uJehova uphefumulela u-Isaya ukuba axwayise lo mphathi ongathembekile: “Bheka! UJehova ukuphonsa phansi ngokuphonsa okunamandla, ndoda engumqemane, futhi ukubamba ngendluzula. Nakanjani uyokusonga akuqinise, ukuba akuphonse njengebhola ezweni elibanzi. Uyofela khona, futhi izinqola zenkazimulo yakho ziyokuba yihlazo lendlu yenkosi yakho lapho. Ngiyokududula ngikususe esikhundleni sakho; futhi umuntu uyokudiliza endaweni yakho engokomthetho.” (Isaya 22:17-19) Ngenxa yomhobholo wakhe, uShebina ngeke aze abe ngisho nanengcwaba elivamile eJerusalema. Kunalokho uyophonswa kuhle kwebhola, afele ezweni elikude. Kule ndaba kunesixwayiso kubo bonke abaphathiswe igunya phakathi kwabantu bakaNkulunkulu. Ukusebenzisa kabi igunya kuyoholela ekulahlekeni kwalo noma mhlawumbe nasekuxoshweni.
18. Ubani ozongena esikhundleni sikaShebina, futhi kusho ukuthini ukuthi uyonikwa izingubo zikaShebina nesihluthulelo sendlu kaDavide?
18 Nokho, uyosuswa kanjani uShebina esikhundleni sakhe? Ngo-Isaya, uJehova uyachaza: “Kuyokuthi ngalolo suku ngiyibize inceku yami, okungukuthi, u-Eliyakimi indodana kaHilikiya. Ngiyoyembathisa isivatho sakho, ngiyibophe ngebhande lakho lendwangu ngiliqinise, ngiyonikela umbuso wakho esandleni sayo; kumelwe ibe uyise kowakhileyo eJerusalema nasendlini kaJuda. Ngiyobeka isihluthulelo sendlu kaDavide phezu kwehlombe layo, iyovula kungabikho ovalayo, ivale kungabikho ovulayo.” (Isaya 22:20-22) Njengoba ezothatha isikhundla sikaShebina, u-Eliyakimi uzonikezwa izingubo zomphathi kanye nezihluthulelo zendlu kaDavide. IBhayibheli lisebenzisa igama elithi “isihluthulelo” uma lifanekisela igunya, uhulumeni noma amandla. (Qhathanisa noMathewu 16:19.) Izikhonkwane Ezimbili Ezingokomfanekiso
19, 20. (a) U-Eliyakimi uyoba kanjani isibusiso kubantu bakubo? (b) Kuyokwenzekani kulabo abaqhubeka bebheke uShebina?
19 Okokugcina, uJehova usebenzisa ulimi olungokomfanekiso lapho echaza ukuphucwa kukaShebina igunya linikezwe u-Eliyakimi. Uthi: “‘[U-Eliyakimi] ngiyombethela njengesikhonkwane endaweni ehlala njalo, kumelwe abe njengesihlalo sobukhosi senkazimulo endlini kayise. Kumelwe bamneke phezu kwayo yonke inkazimulo yendlu kayise, uzalo namahlumela, zonke izitsha zohlobo oluncane, izitsha zohlobo lwezindishi kanye nezitsha zohlobo lwezimbiza ezinkulu. Ngalolo suku,’ kusho uJehova wamabutho, ‘[uShebina] isikhonkwane esibethelwe endaweni ehlala njalo siyosuswa, futhi kumelwe sinqanyulwe siwe, futhi umthwalo ophezu kwaso kumelwe unqunywe, ngoba uJehova ngokwakhe ukukhulumile.’”—Isaya 22:23-25.
20 Kula mavesi, isikhonkwane sokuqala ngu-Eliyakimi. Uyoba ‘isihlalo sobukhosi senkazimulo’ endlini kayise, uHilikiya. Ngokungafani noShebina, ngeke awuthele ngehlazo umuzi kayise noma idumela lawo. U-Eliyakimi uyoba insika ehlala njalo yezitsha zasendlini, okusho ukuthi, kwabanye abasebenzela inkosi. (2 Thimothewu 2:20, 21) Kanti isikhonkwane sesibili nguShebina. 22 U-Eliyakimi wangena esikhundleni sikaShebina ngesikhathi uSaneheribi namabutho akhe esongela iJerusalema. Ngokufanayo, kuye kwamiswa “umphathi okholekile, oqondayo,” ukuba akhonze phakathi nesikhathi sokuphela, esiyophela lapho uSathane namabutho akhe bethatha isinyathelo sokugcina sokuhlasela “u-Israyeli kaNkulunkulu” nabangane bakhe bezinye izimvu. (Galathiya 6:16) Njengasosukwini lukaHezekiya, lokho kuhlasela kuyophela ngokubhujiswa kwezitha zokulunga. Labo abancika ‘esikhonkwaneni endaweni ehlala njalo,’ umphathi okholekile, bayosinda, njengoba nje izakhamuzi ezithembekile eJerusalema zasinda ekuhlaseleni komAsiriya uJuda. Khona-ke, yeka ukuthi kuwukuhlakanipha kanjani ukungabambeleli ‘esikhonkwaneni’ seLobukholwa esinedumela elibi!
23. Yini egcina yenzeke kuShebina, futhi yini esingayifunda kulokho?
23 Kwenzekani kuShebina? Asinawo umbhalo obonisa indlela esagcwaliseka ngayo isiprofetho esikhuluma ngaye, esiku-Isaya 22:18. Lapho eziphakamisa abese ethelwa ngehlazo, ufana neLobukholwa, kodwa kungenzeka ukuthi ufundile esiyalweni. Kulokhu, uhluke kakhulu kweLobukholwa. Lapho uRabishake wase-Asiriya ethi iJerusalema maliphonse ithawula, umphathi omusha kaHezekiya, u-Eliyakimi, uhola ithimba eliphumayo liyomhlangabeza. Kodwa eduze kwakhe kunoShebina ongunobhala wenkosi. Ngokusobala, uShebina usasebenzela inkosi. (Isaya 36:2, 22) Yeka isifundo esihle kulabo abaye balahlekelwe izikhundla zenkonzo enhlanganweni kaNkulunkulu! Kunokuba baphatheke kabi futhi babe nenzondo, basuke behlakaniphile uma beqhubeka bekhonza uJehova kunoma yisiphi isikhundla abavumela ukuba bakhonze kuso. (Heberu 12:6) Ngokwenza kanjalo, bayogwema inhlekelele ezokwehlela eLobukholwa. Bayojabulela umusa nesibusiso sikaNkulunkulu kuze kube phakade.
